Sexual harassment is a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Ohio Civil Rights Act. Employers may not engage in unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct that affect a person's employment, work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment.
